Housing Loan

Term Loans under this segment shall be sanctioned to its members up to a maximum limit of Rs. 70,00,000.00 (Rs. Seventy lakh only) per beneficiary of a dwelling unit for the following purposes:-

• Purchase of Flats / Houses / dwelling units.
• Construction on plot of ‘Land’ owned and possessed by the applicant.
• Carrying out re-construction/ alterations / renovation in existing property owned and possessed by the applicant.
